 February 3, 2012 - AMR closes Private Placement of units for gross proceeds of $2,000,000 at $2/share. The units consisted of a share and full warrant with an exercise price of $2.50 per warrant with a 30 month exercise term.

 December 20, 2011 - AMR appoints Mr Gorden Glenn Chief Executive Officer and Director.

 December 2, 2011 - AMR signs an MOU with China Minmetals Non-Ferrous Metals Co Ltd., and China Minmetals Research Institute of Rare Earth Co. Ltd. to potentially develop a Strategic Partnership that contemplates design, construction and financing of a Hydro-metallurgy plant in Turkey. The MOU also includes a possible off take agreement for AMR's future Rare Earth Production.

 October 6, 2011 - AMR orders Test Spirals from CPG Resources - Mineral Technologies. The new spirals have been specifically engineered to accomplish increased recovery rates with higher efficiency than the current Pilot Concentrator Plant. It is expected the new test spirals will be operational in January 2012 and all text work will become part of broader metallurgical test program to define a process flow sheet for commercial production.

 August 12, 2011 - AMR receives NI 43-101 Technical Report on its AKSU DIAMAS PROJECT prepared by AMEC. Initial Inferred Resources at Canakli I area are estimated at 49Mt containing 41,650 tons of REEs plus minor metals in addition to a Potential Resource base of between 325Mt and 530Mt for total containing between 120,000 tons and 487,000 tons of REEs plus minor metals.

 July 15, 2011 - AMR engages IIT, Izmir Institute of Technology, to carry out a Flotation Test Program on its Heavy Mineral Concentrate output from current Pilot Concentrator Plant at Canakli.

 June 23, 2011 - AMR closes Private Placement of units for gross proceeds of $2,750,000 at $2/share implying a $77,900,000 valuation. The units consisted of a share and full warrant with an exercise price of $2.50 per warrant with a 24 month exercise term.
